What you get

Engineering that shows its work — fast, and without the black box.

01

Fast, without the queue

A complete design set without the long EPC queue.

02

No black box

Every number traces to a formula and a datasheet. Open the model and check it yourself.

03

Auditable finance

P50/P90/P95 yield, debt sculpted to your DSCR, and a loss waterfall your IE can audit.

Two study levels

01 / STUDY LEVELS

Every project is at a different stage. The two levels answer different questions — with the same rigor.

N1 · SCREENING

Does this land support a plant?

For evaluating sites before committing capital to larger studies.

  • Preliminary layout on the actual parcel — public elevation data (USGS 3DEP)
  • Estimated DC/AC capacity and major equipment counts
  • Annual P50 with site meteorology (PVGIS)
  • Order-of-magnitude CAPEX and site red flags
Answers → go / no-go, and what project size to keep talking about.
N2 · FEASIBILITY

The project is getting serious

For sizing debt, negotiating interconnection, and presenting numbers a third party can audit.

  • Everything in N1, plus detailed layout: roads, setbacks, BESS yard, substation
  • Electrical design: strings, inverter blocks, MV routing, bill of materials
  • P50 / P90 / P95 with a documented loss model — one-diode, bank-grade model class
  • Itemized CAPEX and project finance: LCOE, NPV, DSCR-sculpted debt
  • Full drawing set + engineering report with declared data sources
Answers → whether the project pencils out, on what numbers, and why those numbers deserve confidence.

A purpose-built design engine

03 / THE ENGINE

Software gives you a design you still have to defend. A study arrives defended.

Reconciled, not estimated

PV and BESS co-designed on one site; the area the BESS takes trims the PV and everything recomputes.

Independently benchmarked

The engine's implementation is validated against NREL's (SAM) to within 0.2% on the same model class. The link-by-link discrepancy table is available on request.

Two model classes, declared

PVWatts-class linear for screening; one-diode (De Soto) for bankable studies. Every study states which one it ran.

Exceedance + DSCR

P90 exceedance + debt sculpted to a minimum DSCR.

Iterate in clicks

Change PPA, power, or GCR → re-run → full package. Sensitivity in seconds.

Real CAD, not a spreadsheet

Layered DXF, SVG, and PDF. Drawings an EPC opens and uses.

Full traceability

Every domain number traces to a formula or a datasheet. Auditable.

Honest scope

The package terminates at the POI. Substation internals go to their specialist — no over-promising.

Three steps

04 / PROCESS
01INPUT

Your site

Site polygon, exclusions, and topography. GeoJSON, Shapefile, or DEM — or your raw coordinates.

02ENGINE

The design runs

Layout, electrical, energy, finance, and BESS — reconciled in a single pass.

03OUTPUT

The package

Drawings, schedules, and the PDF drawing set. With the numbers a lender reviews.
